Grinding stations running in individual Sanding machine Ky-410-2, which has four stages with coarse fine and finer grades.
Book block finally de-dusted and polished with sanding papers in four difference density

With Edge gilding machine Ky-410-1, gilding foil is transferred to block edge with controlled temperature and pressure.
No chemical or liquid is used in gilding process resulting in non sticky gilding. Books are released in hopper gently after gilding.
Mirror finished and non sticky gilding is achieved by continuous rotation at high speed gilding.
